These Terms of Service apply to the use of the mobile application "Somnia" (hereinafter "App") and all related services provided by Sebastian Kühn (hereinafter "Provider").

2. Subject Matter

The App enables users to document their dreams, have them interpreted by artificial intelligence, and generate dream images. The service is offered both in a free basic version and a paid premium version.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the App. When registering, you must provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Current prices for the premium version are displayed in the App. Billing is processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). The payment terms of the respective store apply.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the respective app store. After cancellation, premium access remains until the end of the paid period. The withdrawal rights of the respective app store apply.

The App and all related content, including design, text, and software, are protected by copyright. You may use the AI-generated interpretations and images of your dreams for personal purposes.

9. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated dream interpretations and images are solely for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not replace professional psychological or medical advice. The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

11. Availability

The Provider strives for high availability of services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work and technical issues may lead to temporary limitations.

12. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these terms. You will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner. If you do not accept the changed terms, you may cancel the service.

13. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
